Tariq Jarrar

Unique in his experience and expertise, Tariq has been a part of Dubai’s real estate market since its very inception. Having contributed to the launch and success of many major real estate projects across the UAE and GCC, there are few developers and projects he is not familiar with. Having worked with all the major names in the UAE property sector, achieving market leadership through substantial sales volume, Tariq brings a unique fusion of sales strategy, broker knowledge, and broker training intel.  

During an extensive career at DAMAC Properties, Tariq led and executed many of the successful sales strategies that have contributed to the impressive growth of the company. Equally, as a Director of Sales and CRM at Majid Al Futtaim, Tariq was instrumental in achieving the successful sale and handover of Al Zahia, Majid Al Futtaim’s first residential freehold project in the UAE. Tariq’s experience has also extended to the Abu Dhabi market where under his directorship at Bloom Properties led the launch of two pioneering residential projects on the island of Saadiyat, achieving record numbers of sales.

In addition to his Finance and Banking degree from the University of Toledo, Ohio, in the USA, Tariq is also a certified financial advisor and holds multiple Real Estate Qualifications.
