A lifelong real estate sales leader, director, and strategist, Richard’s experience began in the USA before bringing him to the Middle East ten years ago, where he has led projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Montenegro, and KSA. Richard has worked with a plethora of iconic brands across the region including Four Seasons, Anantara, Banyan Tree, Avani, and Address Hotels, bringing powerful project sales and marketing strategies to life that led these projects to sell at pace.
Previously Head of Strategic Projects at Asteco, Richard’s craft saw him lead and implement impactful sales strategies for many of today’s landmark projects across the UAE. With an equal balance of out-of-the-box creative techniques and deep sales experience, Richard has become a face to follow in his field, as well as a renowned leader in off-plan sales strategy. Richard holds a leading degree in Economics and Real Estate from the USA.
Richard is also an Executive Director and Advisor to Freedm, The Devmark Group’s backed global advertising and marketing agency.
