Omar Binder

Omar’s deep sector experience spans over 20 years in the real estate sector, leading multinational businesses covering Developer Sales & Marketing, Estate Agency and Real Estate Franchising, across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Devmark Group, Omar was Director, Head of Sales & CRM at Binghatti Developers, where he was instrumental in achieving the successful sale and launch of several projects and crafting the roadmap and implementation of the organisations CRM division.

Prior to this Omar created the award winning Asteco Sales & Leasing Brokerage franchise network, opening over 15 brokerage offices across the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia & Jordan, and prior to this Omar was the Director, for one of the UAE’s largest private real estate developers, formulating and employing innovative sales and marketing strategies on multiple projects within the MENA region, including branded developments such as Versace, Fendi, Donald Trump and Paramount. Omar has also worked across the UK and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Leadership & Management and a Diploma (Dip) in Management Development, from Northumbria University. Omar has several real estate qualifications including the (NFOPP) UK Technical Property Award.
