The tone for success was set when The Devmark Group won Palm View amongst the six companies who bid for the project. Soon after began our conceptualization of the sales and marketing strategy.
We re-established the positioning, pricing, and amenities which led to the entire floors of the tower being refitted to match our strategy. Plus, we recruited an internal sales team dedicated entirely to the project to boost our efforts. The outcome? We sold the entire year's target number in just the first 3 weeks.
An exclusive launch event organized for brokers by us witnessed over 300 brokers arriving and queuing from 5 am, resulting in a remarkably successful event.
With our innovative marketing services offering, our journey with the project goes even further. We facilitated the development of creative content across different mediums, including branded marketing collaterals and digital solutions.
